Surya Psychiatric Clinic currently accepts the following insurance plans: BCBS, Cigna, Healthnet, Medicare, United Healthcare, Aetna, Allwell, Ambetter, AZ Complete Health, Humana, and UMR. In cases where your insurance reimbursement does not cover the treatment, another option is to recover it through your health savings plan (HSA) and patient financing.
